Q1. Do I need a Paypal account?
A1. No. You can use any Credit / Debit card to make a safe and secure online payment through Paypal just by clicking the “buy now” button for the item you wish to purchase. Please double check your listed shipping address, and DO NOT use a non-functional or unused contact e-mail. In the event that we attempt to contact you in regards to your order we will utilize your listed e-mail in the pay-pal order, or other listed contact info should you provide any.
Q2. What is the current estimated delivery time?
A2. The current estimated shipping times for products are listed by the individual products in our online store. If your order requires rush processing, please contact us.
Q3. What Type of PVC should I use?
A3. If you are going to use PVC as track, we reccommend using standard schedule 40 1" thick walled white PVC pipe. Our included track connectors will only work with this type of PVC. The OD (outside diameter) of this type of PVC is very close to 1.5" which is the most common proffessional dolly track diameter. We do not suggest coating the PVC or using any sort of lubrication on it as it is not neccessary, and may cause unwanted track noise.
Q4. What is new or differrent with the REV. 3 KITs?
A4. The new REV. 3 KITs replace the previous REV. 2 24 and 32 KIT versions. The new REV. 3 KITs use 12 PROTRACK+ wheels which can ride almost any dolly track including all standard professional track, and are ALSO suitable for using WITHOUT TRACK on smooth and flat surfaces such as wood or cement floors, and even some short carpeting. The REV. 3 KITs are also lighter, offer stronger platform support , and are even easier to install.
