Q6. Can I purchase some of the quick PVC screw in track connectors from you?
A6. Tthese simple PVC track connectors are likely as easy to find locally and are as inexpensive as the PVC track itself. You can likely purchase them at your local hardware store. They should be in the plumbing hardware section listed as:  3/4" X Close pipe nipples. you should purchase the stainless steel or galvanized steel variety for the best corrosion resistance.

Q7. Can’t I just make my own dolly using cheap skateboard wheels?
A7. Yes. You can also make your very own soul mate out of cardboard. The difference is about the same. Make no mistake; these are professional-quality custom-manufactured cinema dolly trucks.

Q8. Do you have any tips on operation, preparation, and troubleshooting track dolly setups?
A8. Yes. We will soon have alot of information available to you on our support page. please check back and visit the tips, tricks, and troubleshooting link there for more information. We should be updating the site soon to include this information there!

Q9. What type of tools do I need to assemble a Cine Dolly KIT?
please visit our support page for viewing the complete instructions for our Cine Dolly Kits. There you will be able to view all the details on the few required tools and the assembly proccess.

Q10. If I plan on using PVC, how do i keep the tracks in alignment?
A9. You do not need to do any "aligning" of the PVC track; just throw it down, screw it together and roll the dolly back and fourth over it a couple of times  The dolly will straighten the track as it rolls over it since the wheels "lock" to the tracks and force them into proper alignment. Unless the PVC track is very bent out of shape, you should not have an issue with it.

Q11. Do you have sample footage shot from the cine dolly?
A10. Yes. please visit our sample footage page for viewing.
